    Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Company, also known as ISQI, is an Inspection and quality control company with headquarters in Tehran.

    History and development

    ISQI was founded in 1989 with the goal of improvement and establishing Quality management systems in producing and service companies. It was established by the investment of Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) to act out quality policies of the Ministry of Industries and Mines of the Islamic Republic of Iran. They first started with "Technical inspection of high safety equipments such as steam and hot water boilers" and developed with "Vehicle Quality Evaluation". "Consultation and Training Services Department" was later added in 1997. ISQI elevator inspection department was the first inspection company in middle east which started elevator inspection and issuing certificate for elevators. this company has over 20 branches in main cities in Iran and more than 12 branches in whole over the world. ISQI was marked as the best inspection company in Iran in 2012 by ISIRI.

    Call and Opinion Survey Center of ISQI

    In order to enhance the accuracy and speed of researches, the ISQI’s call center has been founded in 2010 as the largest call center and opinion survey in Iran. This call center is in 5 floors with an area of over 600 square meters. It also includes 240 call counters as well as 420 agents in 2 shifts. This call center has the capability of interviewing with 18,000 individuals per day. One of the special features of the center is enjoying of all automated system, from stage of sample allocation to the reporting process in electronic format. In addition, the major activities in this call center are as follows: data collection (for customer satisfaction assessment in initial quality, sale services and after sales service study in automotive industry, Appliance industry, computer and portable accessories, banks, insurance, etc.), customer care, happy call, telemarketing, and something like that.

    Departments privatization

    ISQI company was transferred to the private sector in December 2010.
