Sahhafbashi was a poineering Persian photographer and cinematographer.
In 1904, Mirza Ebrahim Khan Sahhafbashi opened the first movie theater in Tehran. an unsuccessful cinema business which in 1905, ended up in bankruptcy only after a month and he gets arrested and sent to exile in India.
